SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

Our coffee is roasted and packed to order. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

We currently offer shipping within the United States. Available options and exact charges are shown at checkout:

Standard — $8, with free Standard shipping on orders of $70 or more. Estimated carrier transit time is 3–5 business days after shipment.

Express — $15. Estimated carrier transit time is 1–2 business days after shipment.

Delivery estimates begin after processing and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and destination conditions may affect delivery time.

TRACKING AND ADDRESS ACCURACY

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery. For other delivery issues, contact us with your order number and tracking details so we can review the shipment.
